WHY DID ALTANTUYA HAVE TO DIE?

The Malaysian Insider Corrupt political leadership does not attractive men of outstanding integrity; neither can it be expected to enact effective laws to maintain high integrity in government. That truism has practically reduced our options to only one - a change of political leadership. That is, if we are still serious about restoring the rule of law and the pursuit of excellence for the country. ”He is not immune from action under the law. Investigation can be made if he had acted beyond the scope of his official duties,” MACC’s Legal and Prosecution Division Director Datuk Abdul Razak Musa told reporters.

so is najib when when he sent theabuse of power liketext message correspondence is between yab dato’ sri mohd najib tun abdul razak, deputy prime minister of malaysia, and dato’ shafee abdullah“tentative” charge and that “all is not lost

Why. That is the start of many questions that have yet to be answered in the Altantuya Shaariibuu murder trial.razak did call on najib’s ‘men’ to assist him

The Shah Alam High Court today convicted two policemen for her October 2006 death. We now know the who, when, what, where and how of the entire murder. Inspector Azilah Hadri and Corporal Sirul Azhar Umar have a right to appeal the sentence which carries the mandatory death penalty.what is particularly revealing and troubling is that the counsel, this observation is strengthened by najib’s message to shafee on 16 november 2006: “pls do not say anything to the press today. i will explain later. rb will have to face a tentative charge but all is not lost.” this message raises a lot of questions about najib’s role in this case. why did he mention “tentative” charge and that “all is not lost” for rb (razak baginda)? how would najib know this before razak was charged? is there already a deal in place that will see razak aquitted? these are important questions which will have ramifications not just on this case but far beyond.

The trial has ended but we still don't know the whys.has everyone, including the judge, forgotten about the revelations made by private investigator balasubramaniam which revealed very important details pertaining directly to this case?

Why did the prosecution or defence not call the police aide to Datuk Seri Najib Razak who recommended the policemen to political analyst Abdul Razak Baginda?

That was the tenuous link the opposition have picked on to link the prime minister to the killing. There have been wild allegations that have even appeared in newspapers across the world, including statutory declarations and cautioned statements, that have haunted Najib since the beginning of the sensational case.has everyone, including the judge, forgotten about the revelations made by private investigator balasubramaniam which revealed very important details pertaining directly to this case?

Why did Altantuya hound Abdul Razak? That she even risked coming to this country to meet him but to no avail.leslie lau is consultant editor to the malaysian insider isanother schoolboy with small brain, malaysia’s trial of the century the truth that refuses to surface, now ”abuse of power like text message correspondence is between yab dato’ sri mohd najib tun abdul razak, deputy prime minister of malaysia, and dato’ shafee abdullah“tentative” charge and that “all is not lost” he admitted sending the sms

Why didn't he just lodge a report for harassment? But went and asked a favour from a friend in the police force.abdul razak meeting musa at the deputy prime minister’s (dpm) office on official matters, during which he (abdul razak) enquired about altantuya’s fate. high court judge datuk k.n.segara said the affidavit produced by abdul razak pointed to a conclusion that he had abetted with azilah to “get rid” of altantuya from his life,

Why did the policemen commit the crime? She was an interpreter in a country far from home and surely no threat to anyone but she died a horrible death. Why?the truth that refuses to surface, now ”abuse of power like text message correspondence is between yab dato’ sri mohd najib tun abdul razak, deputy prime minister of malaysia, and dato’ shafee abdullah“tentative” charge and that “all is not lost”

Why did Abdul Razak's private investigator P. Balasubramaniam disappear after filing two statutory declarations that contradict each other? And why is he still missing? All we know is that she is dead and two people have been convicted of her murder.rosmah said she ignores such “mischievous statements from mischievous people.”the almighty had since given his blessing for these corrupt devils to be the supreme rulers. a cruel cold-blooded murder.what you malaysians can do abouy it?

We also know the trial has broken records such as being the most number of days for hearing at 159 and the most number of witnesses at 84 during the prosecution case and just two during the defence stage.o is najib when when he sent the abuse of power liketext message correspondence is between yab dato’ sri mohd najib tun abdul razak, deputy prime minister of malaysia, and dato’ shafee abdullah“tentative” charge and that “all is not lostis not immune from action under the law. investigation can be made if he had acted beyond the scope of his official duties,” macc’s legal and prosecution division director datuk abdul razak musa told reporters.

And according to police records, Azilah has been detained in prison for 891 days and Sirul, for 895 days.

But in none of those days or from among the witnesses and the accused have any of these questions been asked and answered.

And that is really what it is about, why did Altantuya have to die?

And the tyrants looked at them and desired what they owned
And plotted and planned to take it.

“Dispossess them!”
“Massacre them!”
“Use all necessary force to bring them to submission!”

And the dispossessed cried for mercy.
Yet, no one heard.
“ reformasi” They yelled.

And the tyrants cried “ISA THEM KUGAN THEM!”
“Starve and beseige them!”
“Use all necessary force to bring them to submission!”

And to the world the tyrants raged: “Security!”
And the sycophants cried in defense of the tyrants.

Then Conscience spoke and asked.
“Who will secure the starved, beseiged and dispossessed?”
Silence.
“Accountability!”
