Mathir a traitor should be tried for treason...selling off Malaysia to foreigners. To this low life, grappling power and filling his family wallet reign supreme.
The call for the RCI was loud during the recent annual congress of Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS), United Pasokmomogun Kadazandusun Murut Organisation (Upko) and Liberal Democratic Party (LDP), and it is also expected to feature prominently at the forthcoming Parti Bersatu Rakyat Sabah (PBRS) meeting. PBS is the second largest BN component party in Sabah after Umno, while Upko, a PBS splinter party, is an equally important partner, the third largest. Sabahans have a genuine fear that they will one day be outnumbered by foreigners immigrants. With the 13th general election expected soon, the clamour for a Royal Commission of Inquiry to investigate the issue of foreigners and illegal immigrants in Sabah allegedly granted citizenship is getting louderIs this how the Celup explains away the fact that his father was an immigrant from Kerala, India? And why does he not call himself --- bin Iskandar Kutty? Is he ashamed to acknowledge that he was was sired by Iskandar Kutty?Project M was a nefarious scheme devised by the fascists to inundate Sabah with Muslim immigrants from Kalimantan and the Philippines. The purpose was twofold: i) to make the indigenous people like the Kadazans a minority in their own land ii) to provide a convenient 'vote bank' for UMNO. The project was mainly implemented during the Mahathir administration. The sad thing is that quislings in the Sabah leadership worked hand in glove with UMNO to betray the true Sabahans. This tragic episode in our history like the genocide against the Armenians by the Turks must be thoroughly investigated and brought to the attention of the international community. Mahathir and his sons are extremely rich and we ordinary Malaysians are puzzled as to how they could have accumulated their wealth legitimately. It behooves the Celup & Sons to declare their assets publicly and explain to us how they acquired them... Umno-owned newspaper Utusan Malaysia appears to be deliberately fomenting conflict by suggesting a conspiracy to prove right Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad’s controversial remarks that multicultural Malaysians are increasingly racial in the run-up to key national polls, the DAP’s Lim Kit Siang said today.
The opposition federal lawmaker wants Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak to act and rein in the widely-read Malay broadsheet for allegedly stoking religious tensions in the country, after the paper ran a controversial report on its front page today titled “Haram sokong DAP (Forbidden to support DAP)”.

“There seems to be a conspiracy to prove Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad right with regard to the former prime minister’s prediction in June that the next general election will centre on race as ‘Malaysia has become more racial than ever’!” Lim said in a statement.
Dr Mahathir, who was the country’s fourth and longest-serving prime minister, had controversially declared at a public forum here on June 28 that the 13th general elections will be about race as Malaysians were growing more polarised.
“They want to be identified by their race, even if they have lost the connection with their country of origin,” said the still-influential Dr Mahathir at a forum on politics and business, adding, “That is why there are now more racial politics than before.”
Lim lashed out at Utusan for acting irresponsibly in publishing as news, a report citing one Islamic religious scholar who declared it “haram (forbidden)” for Muslims to support the DAP but saying that MCA and MIC were acceptable because the two Barisan Nasional (BN) parties recognised Islam’s pre-eminence.
“A newspaper which could publish a front-page headline like “Haram sokong DAP” is an anti-national and anti-Malaysia newspaper,” the Ipoh-Timor MP said.
He said if the newspaper had highlighted a report with the incendiary title against BN’s main party, Umno, or any other component party within the ruling coalition, the Home Ministry immediately would have banned the paper from publishing.
“But here we have the prime minister, the home minister and the ruling coalition condoning if not endorsing such a irresponsible, despicable and seditious publication!” Lim said.
“Will Najib, who prattles about ‘moderates of the world unite’ in international forums, take action against Utusan Malaysia for another example of extremist, irresponsible, incendiary, seditious, anti-national gutter journalism calculated to foment racial ill-will, religious distrust and undermine national unity?” he challenged.
The paper had today reported an Islamic religious teacher, Abdullah Sa’amah, as saying that Muslims must not vote for DAP and its two allies PAS and PKR in the federal opposition pact of Pakatan Rakyat (PR) in the 13th general election that must be called by April next year.
“DAP’s fight does not accept the country’s (Federal) Constitution, they want equality (for) Islam and (other religions), temples and mosques (they) also want equality,” Abdullah was quoted as saying by Utusan.
“(It is) compulsory for the Muslims in PAS, Umno, and Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) to reject DAP that is looking for ways to take power by voting in elections.”
“It is also sinful (berdosa) to support parties that co-operate with DAP because supporting them means we also support DAP because they are one pact (pakatan),” said the founder of the Pondok Geting religious school in Tumpat.
Sabah’s populace numbered 651,304 in 1970 and grew to 929,299 a decade later. But in the two decades following 1980, the state’s population rose significantly by a staggering 1.5 million people, reaching 2,468,246 by 2000. Media reports said that as of 2010, this number has grown further to 3.12 million, with foreigners making up a sizeable 27 per cent or 889,799 of the population. Government aware and seriously look at the issue and RCI will be fully implemented soon. Members of parliament and assemblymen from both sides of the political divide as well as non-governmental organisations (NGOs) have since then raised the matter continuously. PBS, Upko and several NGOs have also submitted memorandums containing "proof" of foreigners and illegal immigrants being issued with MyKad to the relevant authorities.Sabah's 1960 population was 454,561. The numbers shot up to 1.7 million in 1991 and as of 2005, it stood at more than 3.3 million. Women, Family and Community Development Ministry secretary-general Datuk Noorul Ainur Mohd Nur recently revealed that the immigrant population in some districts in the state had already surpassed the local population.Upko was even bolder. Stopping short of threatening to quit the coalition if the request was not granted, its president Tan Sri Bernard Dompok said it was pointless to be part of the federal cabinet and the government if the core struggle of the party was not given due consideration. Concern is mounting about the unusual growth of Sabah's population over the last 20 years, particularly between 1990 and 2005.
BN leaders considered Sabah its "fixed deposit" after the state BN won 24 of the 25 parliamentary seats in the last general election. PBS president Tan Sri Joseph Pairin Kitingan told deputy chairman and Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, that the fear that foreigners may one day outnumber locals was genuine and merited utmost attention from the Federal Government. PBS has been raising the issue since its inception in 1985. While supporting ongoing initiatives taken by the government to address the issue, delegates to its congress felt that the root of the problem needs to be identified and dealt with once and for all.By the way, the fascistic agenda euphemistically called the NEP has created an extensive class of economic parasites i.e. freeloaders and rent collectors, people who receive large sums of money while not doing any gainful work. Which is why an EP with a bunch of AP's can own a Lamborghini while still being a petty trader (sic). And that is why the Ampang MRT Extension Project was awarded to a UMNO crony at a price far above the true cost. We the unprivileged citizens who through our sweat and blood fund the NEP will be reckoned as suckers if we continue to tolerate the grave injustices being heaped upon us. And you can be sure that posterity will never forgive us.
Was Narendra Modi cross examined or given an opportunity to justify himself in the nine hours when SIT interrogated him in 2010 about his role in 2002 riots?
Two years after he was questioned by the Supreme Court- appointed Special Investigation Team (SIT), it has emerged that chief minister Narendra Modi was put only straight questions, he was neither interrogated nor cross-questioned, during his questioning in connection with his alleged role in the 2002 riots.
High drama had been created when SIT summoned Modi to its office in Gandhinagar on March 23, 2010 to question him.
The questioning ran for nine hours and he was asked 71 questions by AK Malhotra, a senior member of SIT. The SIT questioned the CM on a petition filed by Zakia Jafri, widow of slain former Congress MP Ahsan Jafri, in the Supreme Court.
Nearly two years after the questioning, copies of the question-answer (questions put by SIT and answers given by Modi) were made available to media on last Thursday.
Looking at the SIT questions and Modi's answers, it seems the SIT only asked him straight questions and it did not try to shoot cross-questions to corner him.
During the questioning, Modi denied any negligence or failure on part of the state administration by saying that he had instructed police from time to time to maintain law and order and take steps to ensure peace and harmony between two communities. However, legal experts and activists say the SIT did not try to bring out the truth.
"Examination made by Malhotra does not in any way attempt to bring out the truth, but it appears to be tailored to defend the chief minister. The answers obscure the truth rather than reveal it," said Dr Mukul Sinha, lawyer and activist.
He said there are several replies given by the chief minister which hide the truth but no attempt was made to contradict the CM.
Following is an Open Letter to Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi from 2002 riots victims. Modi and his government are trying to make people forget as to what happened during Gujarat pogrom in which close to 2000 people mostly Muslims were killed, women raped and Muslim properties across the state set afire.
The courts have failed to give justice to the hapless Muslim community. While the media has been brought to the government side by big time spending on advertisements and by other usual government fundings, a few opportunists from among the community too have been roped in to shout for Modi.
It is needless to say as to how they may be roped. Baap bada na bhaiyya sabse bada rupayya.
Here’s the full text of the letter:
Dear Narendrabhai
Why do you have to undertake this “Sadbhavna Mission” by observing three days “upvaas”?? No other Chief Minister of the 26 States in India has to do such a “prayaschit” to earn sadbhavna! Have you finally realized after about a decade that all the so called “developmental” publicity cannot earn you the faith, respect and love of the people?
You are quite good at story telling. Do you remember the story of king Midas? Whatever he touched turned into gold. Your supporters say you have the Midas touch of turning Gujarat into Swarnim Gujarat.
But do you remember that despite all his power, Midas thirsted for just a glass of water, like you are thirsting for the love and respect of the victims of the 2002 riots? No amount of power or arrogance gave Midas his glass of water nor will you get your sadbhavana with all your developmental publicity!
You say all your critics are liars! Is it a lie that in the months of February and March 2002, over a thousand helpless men, women and children were butchered all over Gujarat with your police watching the mobs looting and killing??
Is it a lie that you were the Chief Minister of Gujarat at that time? If you were so great a Chief Minister as you claim today, why couldn’t you protect these innocent, helpless Muslims?? In fact, why did you fail to protect the innocent 58 passengers of Sabarmati Express who also died in the terrible fire on 27th February, 2002??
You say that you are not guilty of the mass murders of those days! If you are not guilty then tell us who are guilty? Tell us why your police failed to prosecute them because of which Supreme Court had to appoint SIT?
Tell us why even after SIT was appointed, all those who were arrested including Mayaben Kodnani and Jaydeep Patel are roaming freely in this State? Tell us why POTA was applied to only Muslim accused? Tell us why the muslim accused were not granted bail and most of them have been convicted and even sentenced to death! Tell us why the accused of the Naroda Patiya or Gulberg massacre have not been convicted till today??
Tell us why the blame of the Haren Pandya murder was falsely put on the muslim boys who had to suffer 8 years in jail till they were acquitted by the high court?
Tell us why Sameer Khan Pathan, Sadiq Jamal, Ishrat Jahan, Sohrabuddin, Kausar, Tulsi Prajapati and several others were murdered in fake encounters and in every FIR it was alleged that they were intending to kill you? Did you ever investigate why every FIR made such an allegation regarding you? If such an allegation was false, did you take any action against the police officers who killed them? Or did you give them promotions??
Are you celebrating the pain of the victims or are you trying to confuse the people by organizing the five-star programme to give an impression that the cases against you have been closed?
Narendrabhai, you may turn Gujarat into a heaven for a handful of rich and powerful. But have you ever peeped into the hell through which we the victims and community as a whole is going through? No, you have not and we know, you have no desire or intention to give us Justice. We therefore dismiss your “Sadbhavana Mission” as just another publicity stunt.
On our part, we declare that we have no ill feeling towards our Hindu brothers and sisters despite our terrible loss and sufferings. We are both the victims of powerful political forces whose strength lies in our division. We alone can create “Sadbhavana” by uniting and defeating the forces of fraud and deception for vote politics. You may be doing all this for your great ambition to become PM of the country, but we have only one small demand.
WE WANT JUSTICE.
Your riot victim citizens.
Jan Sangharsh Manch
A militant Christian preacher was jailed briefly Friday after a Michigan court ruled that a protest he planned outside a mosque was likely to provoke violence and ordered him to stay away.
Terry Jones, whose burning of a Koran in March triggered deadly riots in Afghanistan, had planned a protest outside the largest mosque in the United States.
Perkasa has announced its spearheading of the “1Melayu, 1Bumi” movement, warning Malays that the Chinese were seeking ultimate political power.
In backing Utusan Malaysia’s call for a movement to “unite” all Malay parties, Perkasa secretary-general Syed Hassan Syed Ali said that Malay rights group did not have the “luxury of time” to wait for Malay political parties to initiate action.
“Perkasa will take on the responsibility of spearheading the “1Melayu, 1Bumi” movement, where it is obvious the Chinese, through the DAP are trying to take over the political power of the Malays.
“This movement will be a part of Perkasa’s 3rd “Perhimpunan Melayu” in Kedah this April 30 at the Sultan Abdul Halim Stadium,” Syed Hassan told The Malaysian Insider.
The Perkasa leader said that the Malay rights group had invited representatives from various Malay NGOs to attend the gathering next weekend.
“I understand that even the Kedah Mentri Besar will be coming,” he said in reference to PAS’s Datuk Seri Azizan Abdul Razak.
Utusan yesterday called on its owners Umno to spearhead a 1 Melayu, 1 Bumi movement involving all Malay parties, claiming that the DAP was intent on toppling the country’s Malay leadership.
“What Umno needs to do now, in this pressing time, is to launch a wave of racial unity — 1Melayu, 1Bumi. Launch 1Melayu, 1Bumi immediately with other Malay parties,” assistant chief editor Datuk Zaini Hassan wrote in the Malay daily yesterday.
Zaini said that while the DAP had united the Chinese politically, the Malays had so far done nothing in response.
Syed Hassan echoed Zaini’s remarks, and said today that Malays risked losing their rights and privileges to the Chinese unless they unite.
“The Chinese been monopolising the country’s economy for so long…now they want political control..Malays must unite, we need to preserse our political rights,” Syed Hassan added.
He said that he did not understand why the Chinese community in Sarawak voted for Pakatan Rakyat (PR).
“What is the problem of the Chinese in Sarawak? They have it better than those in the Peninsular,” he said.
Although Barisan Nasional (BN) won 55 out of the 71 seats in the recent Sarawak state elections, PR won a 15 seats, 12 of which were urban-majority seats consisting of mainly Chinese voters.

Terry Jones, whose burning of a Koran in March triggered deadly riots in Afghanistan, had planned a protest outside the largest mosque in the United States.
Jones was sent to jail after he refused to pay a $1 bond ordered by Judge Mark Somers, who also ordered him to stay away for three years from the Islamic Center of America in Dearborn.
Police said Jones and a supporter, Wayne Sapp, were later released from custody after the token $1 bond was paid.
A six-person jury in a Dearborn court decided earlier that the planned protest was “likely to breach the peace” in the Detroit suburb with a large Muslim American population.
Jones, 59, is the leader of a tiny, fringe fundamentalist church in Gainesville, Florida. He was an unknown until he courted publicity and controversy by burning the Koran as part of what he describes as a campaign against “radical Islam.”
Jones had asked for a permit to stage a protest on Good Friday on public land across from the mosque. City officials said the mosque and four nearby churches were expected to be crowded with several thousand worshipers at that time.
Police denied Jones’s request and asked him to protest instead in a “free speech zone” in front of one of the city buildings. Jones argued that violated his free speech rights.
The American Civil Liberties Union petitioned unsuccessfully for the case against Jones to be thrown out.
An ACLU spokeswoman said officials had violated free speech protections in the U.S. Constitution and given more publicity to a divisive fringe figure by trying to bar his protest.
“We vehemently disagree with Mr. Jones and his cohorts. However, this is a complete abuse of the court process,” said ACLU spokeswoman Rana Elmir.
“I believe that Rev. Jones came to Dearborn for his 15 minutes of fame and the judge and prosecutors have now effectively given him hours of that.”
