“I am tired of smiling, after this…” Shahrizat threatened jokingly, rolling up her sleeves to cheering supporters before adding “and I have not even shifted my sarong yet”.
Now, psychologists at Rutgers University in the U.S. found that when women's nipples are stimulated the sensation travels to the same part of the brain as when their genitals are aroused.
Brain scans of women who made themselves aroused showed that the nipples hit the same spot as the vagina and clitoris.
The research confirms for the first time what many women have experienced themselves - that their nipples can be an erogenous zone too.
The researchers asked 11 non-pregnant women between 23 and 56 to stimulate themselves while they lay inside a brain scanner.
The resulting images show the areas of the brain which were affected were like a 'cluster of grapes' in the medial paracentral lobule, which is in the middle and at the top of the brain.
In men, the same area also lights up when they are stimulated.
"My speculation is that this could be the basis for many women saying that nipple stimulation is erotogenic, because it stimulates the same area as the genitals," the Daily Mail quoted lead researcher Barry Komisaruk as telling LiveScience.
He added that four nerves bring signals from a woman's genitals up to her brain.
The clitoris relies on the pudendal nerve, the vagina uses the pelvic nerve and the hypogastric nerve connects with the cervix and uterus.
In addition the cervix uses the vagus nerve, which bypasses the spinal cord, and explains how people who have been paralysed can still orgasm.
Komisaruk said that although it is unlikely, another explanation for why the nipples hit the same part of the brain as other erogenous zones could be to do with breast feeding.
Stimulating the nipples releases the hormone oxytocin which is normally secreted during labour and causes the uterus to contract, thus causing sensations in the brain.
Some of the most famous rules in a popular dating guide say "No more than casual kissing on the first date" and "don't rush into sex, wait at least three dates."
But a new study has suggested that such a regimented guide to dating and romance should be thrown away, insisting that casual sex can in fact lead to a meaningful relationship.
The study at the University of Iowa also revealed that living together before marriage is not a bad idea.
The Rules, Ellen Fein and Sherrie Schneider's 1996 seminal guide to dating, has become a way of life for many women dedicated to snagging Mr Right.
However, Dr Bethany Marshall, author of Deal Breakers: When to Work On A Relationship and When to Walk Away, said that those women and men who follow regimented rules may have got it wrong.
"Playing by specific rules can make you less likely to pay attention to your own inner voice and experiences," News quoted Dr Marshall as telling Women's Health.
Anthony Paik, an assistant professor of sociology also added, "People now view hooking up as a predictable, normal part of life and don't let it contaminate or poison the beginning of a relationship."
The study found that "a significant percentage of current relationships began with non-romantic sex."
Another of the key Rules says "Don't live with a man (or leave your things in his apartment)."
But the National Centre for Health Statistics claims cohabiting before marriage does not affect the chances of a successful and happy union.
Queen of controversies Veena Malik may or not have done a nude shoot for an Indian magazine but this time it may not be a hands-down win for Pakistan's custodians of morality because her admirers seem to have multiplied over the year.
Malik, who last ran into trouble for not playing miss-goodie-two-shoes on Indian reality show 'Bigg Boss IV' earlier this year, is back in the spotlight for allegedly posing nude for the cover of FHM India magazine with an "ISI" tattoo on her arm.
She has denied posing nude and has threatened to sue the magazine, whose editor Kabeer Sharma insists that he has a video and an email from Malik that prove the authenticity of the photo.
Pakistan's Interior Minister Rahman Malik has said he had not seen the pictures.
However, he contended that if Malik had done a nude shoot, "strict action" would be taken against her.
Women have come out in hordes in the virtual world, at least, to support Malik.
"Veena I am proud of you!" wrote Sonia Wahab on a web page.
The best response came from filmmaker Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy.
She posted on Twitter: "For all you clerics waiting to pounce on Veena Malik better have your excuses lined up about why you were looking at FHM in the first place!"
On the website of The Express Tribune newspaper, Abdul Jabbar posted: "Veena has every right to pose how she wants.
"May be she's showing our moral hypocrisy where we value a woman by her sex life. Maybe she feels she has got nothing to be ashamed of her body, that the female body is not a source of sin and shame. I for one, will not condemn her.
"The Egyptian blogger did it recently and her reasons were valid. There is no need to attach a woman's value in society by the amount of clothes she wraps herself into," he wrote.
A crop of the nude photo of Aliaa Magda Elmahdy posted on Twitter and on her blog
Cairo, Egypt (CNN) -- Egyptian blogger Aliaa Magda Elmahdy has become a household name in the Middle East and sparked a global uproar after a friend posted a photo of her naked on Twitter.
The photo, which the 20-year-old former student first posted on her blog, shows her naked apart from a pair of thigh-high stockings and some red patent leather shoes.
It was later posted on Twitter with the hashtag#nudephotorevolutionary. The tweet was viewed over a million times, while Elmahdy's followers jumped from a few hundred to more than 14,000.
Her actions have received global media coverage and provoked outrage in Egypt, a conservative Muslim country where most women wear the veil. Many liberals fear that Elmahdy's actions will hurt their prospects in the parliamentary election next week.

Elmahdy describes herself as an atheist. She has been living for the past five months with her boyfriend, blogger Kareem Amer, who, in 2006 was sentenced to four years in a maximum security prison for criticizing Islam and defaming former president Hosni Mubarak.
Here she talks exclusively to CNN in Cairo about why she posed nude.
CNN: Why did you post a photo of yourself nude photo on Twitter, and why the red high heels and black stockings?
Elmahdy: After my photo was removed from Facebook, a male friend of mine asked me if he may post it on Twitter. I accepted because I am not shy of being a woman in a society where women are nothing but sex objects harassed on a daily basis by men who know nothing about sex or the importance of a woman.
The photo is an expression of my being and I see the human body as the best artistic representation of that. I took the photo myself using a timer on my personal camera. The powerful colors black and red inspire me.
CNN: Who is Aliaa Elmahdy inside the body portrayed in the nude photo?
Elmahdy: I like being different. I love life, art, photography and expressing my thoughts through writing more than anything. That is why I studied media and hope to take it further to the TV world too so I can expose the truth behind the lies we endure everyday in this world. I don't believe that we must have children only through marriage. It's all about love.
CNN: How have your Egyptian Muslim parents reacted? How do they feel about you living with your boyfriend unmarried?
Elmahdy: I last spoke to them 24 days back. They want to support me and get closer, especially after the photo was released, but they accuse Kareem of manipulating me. He has been my support system and has passed along their text messages to me. I dropped out of AUC (The American University in Cairo where she was a media student) months back after (my parents) attempted to control my life by threatening not to pay the fees.
CNN: The press has labeled you a revolutionary but you were not in Tahrir Square during the 18 days of the revolution in February this year. Is there a political element to you posing nude?
But Malik had her share of detractors too. On a Facebook page floated to hate all things Indian, the administrator posted: "Shameless Veena Malik poses naked for men's magazine FHM (India). Notice the ISI tattoo on her arm. This gesture from eastern (sic) neighbour speaks of their frustration and hatred towards the ISI. Veena Malik shame on you".
Over 80 comments that followed requested members of the page to ask Pakistan's Supreme Court to cancel Malik's nationality and to make sure that she does not live in the country again.
Malik has been trending on microblogging website Twitter since the photo became public yesterday.
Actress Meera, Malik's bete noire, called her a "completely mad woman".
The feminists, while supporting Malik's decision to pose nude, wondered if it also amounted to real empowerment.
"Why 'empowerment' and a 'free life' mean no clothes?" tweeted Ayesha Malik.
Some others explained why Malik was in denial. "After all, she probably fears being stripped of her Pak citizenship," wrote blogger Cafe Pyala.
Look what we have here, I don't know who the hell this is but lets throw it against the wall and see if it stick. Here are a few pictures of supposedly a Malaysian chick sporting a tudung by day and then getting a little naughty at night. This head scarfed gal is name Intansupposedly and her pictures at her boldest were leaked from herFriendster profile mid last year. Please drop a line in comments if you known more about the story behind this leak or if you have additional info about this chick from Malaysia according to a source. This leaked photo scandal from the popular social networking site of a hot and ready for some sex Malay hottie is now widely known as "Intan Private Friendster" or "Intan Scandal." The photos have spread like wildfire via mass mailer emails and with at least twenty five tipsters emailing it toGutterUncensored@yahoo.com since Tuesday, 4/9/2009. So it is about time this set of pics got posted on Gutter Uncensored.
Aside from that weird mark on her right breast and legs in need of a shave, this chick is rather nice. Intan has a pretty face and overall a lovely tight little body but even more importantly she is not one bit shy. She doesn't practice safe sex and it is always nice to find a young woman willing to take a cock raw causally. And I don't know about you guys but I for one find a chick in a tudung (a scarf worn around the head by Muslim women in Malaysia; conceals the hair but not the face) hot as fuck and especially hot as fuck when she has leaked sex pictures/videos going viral. Anyway, I was on Facebook the other day and some fan of the blog requested more nude Malay babes so Melayu Boleh! Click on pictures to enlarge.
