INDIAN MUSLIMS TINIEST OF THE MINORITIES IS A PERCEPTION OR DECEPTION?
When I say Indian Muslim, I mean born in Malaysia, from the period Tun Mutahir to Tun Mahatir.Whose origin trace to the Indian Sub- Continent. We can claim as Malay, try to look like a Malay, present as Malay but end of the day we have to go back to roots, if we want our honor respect from other races in this country. Indian Muslims, though statistically the tiniest of the minorities in Malaysia, totally visible, according toZulkifli Othman the editor. Heck, try going through a day without interacting with an Indian Muslim. This is the realty, then why we are ignored ,why Samy Vellu did not offer one seat to an INDIAN MUSLIM.
POLITICS
The Penang Muslim League which is a Social Organization now, was actually one of the early political parties in Malaysia. It was formed around 1954 and played an active role in politics until 1974 when it was reformed to be a social body. It was an affiliate of UMNO and a Member of the Penang Alliance. It fielded Haji S.M. Idris and Thyub Khan for the City Council Elections and Honorable A.M. Abu Bakar for the Settlement Elections under theAlliancetickets and attained a 100% victory. It has always played an important role in deciding the victory of candidates in its constituency. It is an interesting fact that the Penang Muslim league voted for the admission of MIC into the Alliance. The Muslim League Leaders have been regularly honored with awards by the government since its early years, even during the British rule. The highest of such awards during British rule was the OBE award which carried the ‘Honorable’ title, awarded to A.M. Abu Bakar, the first president of the Muslim League.
Today we all are aware of the ungrateful MIC LEADERS, How they prevented KIMMA from from joining B.N, OUR BROTHERS IN UMNO FORGET.THE HISTORY. THEN,BUT NOW THEY ARE HISTORICALLY SPEAKING,,,,WE ARE NOT ASKING SEDEKAH WE ARE ASKING OUR BIRTH RIGHT AS THEIRS, WHAT IS DIFFICULT ABOUT THAT.WHEN THEY WANT TO INCREASE THEIR NUMBERS, THEY WELLCOME US INTO UMNO, BUT WHEN OUR CHILDREN APPLY FOR METICUKLATION FOR UNIVERSITY ,THEY SAY OUR CHILDREN ANAK KELLING , YET THEY DON’T FEEL REMORSE BECAUSE THEY SAY IT IS DEWAN BAHASA LANGUAGE.,THEY FORGET THAT EVERY MELAYU JATI WILL HAVE THAT DARAH KLINGG, THIS IS A FACT EVIDENCE IN MALAY HISTORY DURINGTHE TIMES OF THE MALACCAN SULTANATE IN THE 14TH CENTURY.
TUM MUTAHIR, a TAMIL MUSLIM was given the an influential post in the palace,he was the seventh Bendahara, post equivalent to the modern-Day Prime Minister, so we start our history from TUM MUTAHIR TO TUN MAHATIR. We are not the debenture labours brought by the ENGLISHMAN to work in the estate. We not squatters, and we are not pirates historically speaking.

The history of Islam is one of the most fascinating adventures of history. How less than 10,000 men “conquered” lands from the Indus to the Ibrarian cost within a span of 100 years after the death of the prophet Muhammad in 634 AD. The Romans used hundreds of thousands of soldiers to maintain their empire. For comparision, let us look at occupation today. 150,000 US soldiers are unable to keep Iraq, 75,000 soldiers are unable to quieten Afghanistan, and 800,000 Indian soldiers are unable to keep Indian Occupied Kashmir docile. So how did the Muslims do it?
It was because Islam was not spread by the sword. it was spread by word of mouth and becuase of the strenght of the message. Neither the Sassanide, nor the Roman, nor the Byzantine empire could withstand the message of Islam.
Islam was also introduced to America in the 7th century (during the reign of Hazrat Usman), in the 10th century (Mali ships from Africa), and the 15th century (Chinese Muslim Admiral Zeng He who reacdhed America before Columbus), in the 17th century (with the African Muslims who were slaves) and in the 20th century (immigrants from the Muslim world who came as students and as immigrants).
Before the time of the prophet Arabia was fractured by tribe, ethnicity and geography. Witin a short span of a few decades the Arabian peninsula was united under the banner of Islam.

With Indian voters deserting BN & MIC in droves, Najib is one happy man. We shall see Umno increasing it’s racial tone even more to attract more Malays knowingly the Indian votes had split at every corner especially to the detriment of PR.The Indians should only have TWO parties – one alligned to BN and one alligned to PR. This would be the best solution for all Indians in the country. They will have a “force” to be heeded by those higher up. Splitting into mosquito parties does not augur well for this minority group. We are leading towards a TWO-PARTY system and we need to have both PR and BN. Let all the races be more or less equally represented in both these coalitions. This would be healthy for Malaysia. To my Indian friends, please don’t be too emotional. Take my proposal and you all will be well represented in the government of BN or PR.No point in splitting the MIC. Its already rotten, irrelevant, no more, porcheee. Just a waste of time. BN najib has found a new friend in the new Makkal Sakti Party, since Samy Velu is still sitting in MIC. IPF and PPP are both as weak. So now najib banging his hopes in this new party. Subramaniam can just pull his supporters over to the new party so he can enjoy at least a little hope or a role to play.

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 25 — An advertisement on page 12 of the Makkal Osai Tamil daily yesterday is likely to have sent shivers down the spine of the top MIC leadership led by Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu.

The reason — the advertisement placed by MIC members signals a permanent parting of ways that could lead to the MIC splitting into two as had happened to Umno in 1988.

That year Umno split, with former Umno vice-president and Finance Minister Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah calling his half Semangat 46 and Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad registering Umno Baru.

The advertisement, under the title “Maperum Perani” or Great Movement, is calling on expelled MIC members and Indians above the age of 18 to gather in Klang this Sunday and launch a reawakening movement.

They said the movement is to take charge of the Indian future and reject, without spelling it out, the MIC as representatives of the Indian community and Samy Vellu and his coterie of yesmen as community leaders.
