It is apt that Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak, who happens to head Barisan Nasional (BN) in Selangor, has signalled the ruling coalition’s intention of reclaiming Selangor from Pakatan Rakyat (PR) by calling for the BN to change, beginning with Umno.
Change is indeed the need of the hour for the BN’s component parties, since the voters in Selangor and four other states that chose to back non-BN candidates in the 2008 general election were clearly sending a message to their leaders that they want the “business as usual” culture to stop. Some of you may think that theSEE VIDEO ON YOUTUBE HERE video is in bad taste. I mean, how can we make fun of Teoh Beng Hock’s death when we should instead be mourning him? Yes, it was a hard decision to make as to whether to publish that video or not. But we decided to do it anyway not with intent to make fun of Teoh’s death but to reveal the real circumstances behind his death. And the video best describes the events behind what really happened
Nevertheless, “The Taking of Selangor 123”, to borrow a phrase from the box office’s recent offering, starring John Travolta and Denzel Washington, should be neither like a celluloid hostage drama nor anything as chaotic as the unfolding of the Perak constitutional crisis.
The prudent way to achieve that goal would be for the BN to take the long road by re-building its reputation with the voters one step at a time. As the Perak episode has shown, muscling into office does not win support for the politicians or coalition involved.
BN, which currently controls the state pending various court rulings, might end up winning the legal cases, giving it the undisputed right to run the state. But in the court of public opinion, it has already lost and in a bad way.

ACP Noor Azam Jamaludin … ‘we did not want to spark more anger’. – Picture by Choo Choy Ma

We hold murderous Najib ,Khir Toyo and Ezam they started this conspiracy after the election result why must we work a workable compromise.? Shah Alam OCPD ACP Noor Azam Jamaludin today explained that the police had failed to act during the cow-head demonstration at the state secretariat because the situation “did not permit” them to do so.

“We saw the situation was not right because we did not want to spark more anger but we will take actions based on other evidences that we have. We will take action based on evidence and against those who have been identified,” Azam said.

Dozens of riot police stood by and watched as protesters brought the severed cow-head to the Selangor state secretariat and stomped on it.

The act, which is offensive to Hindus who regard the cow as sacred, was carried out by a group of 50 protesters who oppose the relocation of the Sri Mahamariamman Temple to Section 23 to Section 19, claiming the area is mainly occupied by Malay-Muslims.

The 150-year-old temple was built on a plantation which over the years was developed into housing estates by the Selangor Development Corporation (PKNS). No provisions were made to relocate the temple, which is now in the middle of a Muslim majority area.

Azam assured that the police will begin investigation immediately based on the reports that they have received and the report that the police made yesterday.

The police will be arresting the protestors under section 27 (5) of the Police Act and Sedition Act.

Azam also advised the public to be patient and not to take drastic actions because the police “will bring justice to those responsible.”

“I regret what happened, the cow-head should not have been used as an issue. We will take action and identify who are involved and responsible for the head,” he said.

Azam also confirmed that the police will increase their presence in section 23.

“We won’t compromise where safety is concerned. I do not want any racial fighting like what was said in the mosque,” he said.

najibthemoneymule_1-copy1Datuk Seri Dr Mohammad Khir Toyo.the grandleader of underworld
WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT KHIR TOYO?
YOU MEAN ALL THESE UNDERWORLD SYNDICATES AND SAND THEFTS SUDDENLY SPRUNG UP AFTER MARCH 2008? 700 LICENSES TO OPERATE GAMBLING ACTIVITIES?
THERE WILL BE NO GAMBLING LICENSES IF DURING YOUR TIME YOU DID NOT APPROVE THEM.
THERE WILL BE NO SAND THEFTS IF YOU HAD NOT ALLOWED YOUR CRONIES TO STEAL DURING YOUR TIME AS MENTRI BESAR.
THERE WILL BE NO UNDERGROUND ACTIVITIES IF YOU HAD NOT ALLOWED THEM TO FLOURISH DURING YOUR TIME. YOU ALLOWED THEM TO FLOURISH SO THAT YOU AND YOUR CRONIES COULD CONTINUE TO GET COFFEE MONEY FROM THEM. YOU HAD ALL THESE WHILE CLOSED ONE EYE ON ALL ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES IN THE STATE OF SELANGOR.
THAT IS HOW YOU EVENTUALLY MANAGE TO BUILD THE RM20 MILLION CASTLE THAT YOU ARE NOW RESIDING IN.
DO NOT TURN AROUND AND ACCUSE PEOPLE FOR ALL YOUR WRONGDOINGS AS A MENTRI BESAR.
YOU ACTED LIKE A MAFIA KING WHEN YOU WERE MENTRI BESAR. MONEY MEANS NOTHING TO YOU. YOU WILL THROW THEM TO GET RID OF PEOPLE YOU DON’T LIKE.
YOU ARE VERY CRUEL AND SENSELESS. YOU HAVE NO FEELINGS FOR YOUR SUCCESSORS WHO NOW HAVE TO CLEAN UP THE SHIT THAT YOU HAVE LEFT BEHIND AFTER YOU LOST THE LAST ELECTIONS.
hear we can buy RELA uniforms at Pertama Complex!!! beware of snatch thieves in the form of RELA and civil defence. they may be the one harassing you. if police can harass you, what more this rela not subject to any disciplin.’KerisMoron’ Hishamuddin, to reduce crime drastically i.e more than the 20% that you expected is to remove and replace the IGP. Got it moron!, extending his contract is more of expanding the crime and crime rate in Malaysia. The IGP is the King of Criminal.

An underworld movement is behind sand theft, vice and illegal gambling activities in Selangor, claims former mentri besar Datuk Seri Dr Mohammad Khir Toyo.

Khir further claimed it was this group that helped certain candidates win in the last general election so that it could continue with its activities unhindered.

He said, when he was mentri besar, only 700 licences were approved to operate gambling outlets, cyber cafes and spas but according to National Security Council statistics, Selangor was now estimated to have over 4,000 such outlets that were operating illegally.

“If we were to look at the front pages of newspapers today . . . it seems there is a link between politicians and the underworld . . . .,” said Khir in commenting on the front page headline in Utusan Malaysia reading “Kongsi gelap taja YB” (Underworld being sponsored by elected representatives).

Khir told this reporters after launching Yayasan Bakti Khidmat Masyarakat Malaysia’s charity smart card “U Pay”, here today.

He also alleged that illegal massage parlours were not only operating in urban areas but in the rurals as well.

“Not only in Puchong, but even in places like Sabak Bernam, Sungai Besar and Sekinchan. I am not sure if the people in Sungai Besar are always having body aches,” he said.

Khir also questioned why revenue from sand sales in Selangor only amounted to RM4 million when the government under his leadership had projected an annual turnover of RM200 million for the commodity.

He added that he was raising these issues to reprimand the current government so that it would rectify weaknesses and not because he was jealous.

He also said that the current government managed to attract RM4 billion in investments last year whereas when he was mentri besar, the state managed to bring in RM11.8 billion in investments. You are the product of a generation of corrupt and spoilt politicians – the remnants who speak deception with such confidence and yet enrich themselves.’

On Stop fueling hatred against MACC

Doraisamy Karuppiah: Mohd Khir Toyo, that’s not for you to say! During your tenure as menteri besar of Selangor, have the MACC ever questioned or investigated you? As MB for eight years, you manage to find millions of ringgit until you can build a ‘palace’ of your own. As a dentist, do you think that you can afford to buy such a huge plot of land and build a huge bungalow?

MACC should first investigate you instead going after state reps who have just took over the state government. MACC, the police and the BN government are all the same. Don’t try to be saint, when the whole Malaysian knows that you are not.

Jeremy Tankh: Former Selangor MB Mohd Khir said, “Let this tragedy be a lesson to all of us. Do not politicise MACC investigations to the point that it creates the impression that the commission is acting on the behest of a certain political party.”

What is Khir trying to say? Lesson to what? Not to stand near a window? Not to go to MACC building? Not to “play, play” with MACC? Not to mess around with Umno/BN? Or else, what? Another “sudden death”?

My God, this man has no heart. Someone’s son and someone’s fiance has just died, and he said let “let this be a lesson”! What if the decease were to be his own son or future son-in-law?
Is he sending a warning? Does he know something we all don’t?

I can’t believe this Khir is a dentist. Even worse, a former menteri besar.

CH Siew: What right has Khir Toyo to tell people not to fuel hatred? When he has been the champion in doing so. Obviously he is in total denial that he is part of the problem. The fact that MACC has totally ignored his ‘istana’ and chose to investigate minute expenditure by the opposition tells a great deal about his relationship with MACC.

This person is such a hypocrite that my lunch urged to come out from my mouth whenever I see him. Is he serious about asking people to stay calm or is he unhappy that there is not enough injustice caused?

YSM: You’re right Khir Toyo, PKR and DAP shouldn’t fuel hatred against MACC. In fact, PKR and DAP doesn’t have to fuel hatred for MACC. MACC is pouring fuel on themselves by being the lapdog of BN and by selective prosecution of all Pakatan Rakyat Aduns.

Truth be told, the hatred is not only upon MACC, it is also upon you, Mr Toyo. For you now represent all that is wrong with the BN. You are the product of a generation of corrupt and spoilt politicians – the remnants who speak deception with such confidence and yet enrich themselves.

The rakyat do not only hate the MACC, it extends to you. It extends to the rude and insensitive Nazri who also issues a less-than-intelligent statement.

Phang Teng Fook: Please ‘Mr Beggar’, do not beg the MACC to do its job, rather beg the voters who continue to blindly elect BN, despite all its unscrupulous dealings, corruption and abuses of of power.

If more voters were to vote with their head rather their sentiments, come next general election, we should vote out the BN government. However, it is pertinent that Pakatan Rakyat choose its candidates wisely, or we have an even worse government than BN. God bless Malaysia.

Sri Kumar: I’m very sad to keep on hearing there are many incidents such as the arrest opposition leaders and their supporters, innocent people being tortured in custody, deaths in custody and so on. It’s very clear that in Malaysia, the police and the MACC are almost the same because both are working for their BN bosses and not for the public.

Why is it so super important for MACC to investigate Pakatan leaders and their officers when even the whole Malaysia knows there are so many other bigger cases. If there is no proper investigation on the controversial palace of Khir Toyo and PKFZ, then it is 110% clear that MACC is working for Umno.

Once again, the people of Malaysia need to gather in the city centre to show their dissatisfaction against the authorities and fight to bring them under control of the Parliament. We are indeed 1PoorMalaysia.

Crystal Wong:
I have an unexpressed anger towards MACC and BN who behave like a bully. At the same time, I have the feeling of helplessness – how come our beautiful country can be invaded by a million of foreign labourers, and at the same has a million of dishonest, unscrupulous people in a leading party. Is there any future for Malaysia?

Michael: If a healthy young man is punched and kicked to his death with a phone book, it is sometimes difficult to see any external injury with the naked eye. However, even an inexperienced pathologist would be able to identify the internal injury sustained, eg liver or splenic rupture, pneumothorax (lungs rupture), haemorrhage/bleeding in the brain or lungs.

However, if the body is subsequently thrown down from a high building, it will take a very experience pathologist to differentiate between the internal injuries sustained from physical abuse and the physical impact from falling from a high rise. Perhaps an opinion from a second pathologist is necessary to clear the doubts.

Ratormo: I suggest that the government nominates Teoh Beng Hock for a Tunship. He died for democracy and for all Malaysians. He is a national hero. He deserves the Tunship more than most of the Tuns still walking around!

MM: Pakatan should not jump to conclusion and try to get political mileage from Teoh’s death. I have a sense that there may be some other reasons for the death. DAP especially has to calm down and let the investigation to go on. Lim Kit Siang’s assumption that a person going to get married is always happy is wrong. Also Ronnie Liu should not act like a gangster in demanding to see Teoh’s body.

Secondly, MACC should not do selective investigation. What about the tonnes of complaints against BN leaders? Why no investigation and action at all? Now the people will start to think MACC is an agent of BN rather than an independent body. I think the root cause is because the PM has the power to select the MACC chief. Clearly, the MACC is not independent at all. By the way, what happen to the Selangor MB’s cow case?

THE MONEY-DISTRIBUTING-ASS..NAMED NAJIB..IS GOING VERY EARLY TO PERAK!
The thief Zambry Abd Kadir and his six fellow thieves are surrendering their RM20,000 annual holiday allowances back to the state in view of the current economic situation.
The thief Zambry said the decision was made unanimously following a meeting at their hide-out. “We feel that it is inappropriate to use the money just to go on a holiday, especially during these difficult times. “We want to put the money to better use like helping those in need,” he said. (They are trying to buy few votes here).
The Pakatan Rakyat government had approved a RM20,000 annual allocation as holiday allowances for exco members and the menteri besar, said the thief. The thief Zambry said this year’s allocation would be surrendered back to the stolen state government immediately.
On a separate matter, the thief Zambry said that hide-out meetings would be held in different district offices every week. “This is so that we can go down to the ground and meet the people,” he said. (And few more vote-buying here). They have really started early, as Najib wanted it to be.
Hey! Maybe the “money-distributing-ass” by the name of Najib is going to Perak really early this time!
