it take a real dirtcop to rubbished allegedly showing police brutality, for death in police custody during an interrogation. June 7

I am not sure if there exists any record in the world for death in police custody for a person who is considered innocent until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt except of course if it happens and takes place in a 3rd world nation that has no regard for human liberty.

By R. Shan (Human Being)

In America, Orleans Parish jail holds the record and probably the world record for deaths in jail being 52 deaths from 2000- 2008. Mind you, these are convicted and sentenced prisoners.

America, who currently holds the record for the most imprisoned citizens in the world does not record any death while awaiting a charge or offence while in custody of the police in the lock up because there is none.

In Malaysia, all this is possible in our democratic country, because according to Suaram there were 85 deaths in police custody between 2003 and 2007 (of course minus our own Kugan, the Kedah six and the latest addition of A.Gnanapragasam’s in 2009). I know I am missing 2008 - must a good omen year for the Malaysian Indian.

Oops!!! Too much talk about a Malaysian Indian and I'll be labelled another racist bugger.

There is no doubt and is a well-recognized fact that Malaysian Indians are marginalized and discriminated. But why is this so? Do you ever wonder that this is the same society that paved for the development of the nation through civil service, plantation ie rubber and palm oil, railworks, roadworks for the growth of the nation at least until the 80’s. Today, they are only recognized for vice elements, that it just happens to be an Indian who dies in police custody and nobody actually cares because he must have committed a crime anyway.

Who created the vice elements? Is it the system, or us? Let’s all do our part for what Malaysia can really achieve for Malaysians - whether it be for a Malay, Chinese, Indian or a lain-lain. We can only fight this battle if we are united above everything else if humanity is what we seek. It can be an emotional roller coaster and a materially costly affair, but what the hell; we only live once, we should live it well. Are you ready?

U can deny as much as you like but there must be thousands of Malaysians who had experienced under the hands of your dogs..

I personally have seen your personnels giving flying kick to the head especially detainees who are already handcuffed or arrested or surrendered themselves especially lowly paid foreign workers.

Maybe the Police Inspector-General ought to read over and over again what RPK wrote: “This is how the Malaysian police gets you to confess to crimes…..”.
I did, and I could not find anything in the comment by RPK which claimed that the men featured in the video were uniformed personnel from PRDM. If RPK had posted a video of a couple having sex and added the comment that that was how Cyfool was conceived, it is utterly wrong for anyone to conclude that the couple featured in the porn movie are Cyfool’s parents. The video merely suggested HOW Cyfool was conceived and not WHO conceived the disasterous idea of bringing Cyfool into this planet.
The country’s top cop yesterday rubbished a video posted on the website, Malaysia Today, allegedly showing police brutality during an interrogation.
Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Musa Hassan denied that the men featured in the five-minute grainy video, believed to be shot using a mobile phone camera, were policemen.
It showed a group of men, in white shirts and black pants, “interrogating” a suspect who was accused of raping a man’s wife. They are seen punching and stomping on the man, who does not appear to fight back.
Website editor Raja Petra Kamaruddin posted a link to the YouTube video under the heading “Modern interrogation methods of the Malaysian police”.
In a comment that accompanied the video Raja Petra wrote: “This is how the Malaysian police gets you to confess to crimes, even if you never committed them. But even after you do confess the ‘interrogation’ does not stop.”
Enraged by the posting and the video, Musa called it “too much”.
“He (Raja Petra) should be more responsible in his postings next time. He should take a good look at himself before accusing us.
“He’s not the right person to denigrate us when he is on the run from the police.”"He’s not the right person to denigrate us when he is on the run from the police.”
He is the perfect person to denigrate you…..
“We will also seek Interpol’s help to locate him.”
How can you seek Interpol’s help… I saw him eating mee goreng at Brickfields at 9:00pm last night.
Musa said the police were working with their counterparts in Australia to find Raja Petra who is said to be in Brisbane.
“We will also seek Interpol’s help to locate him.”
On April 23, a warrant of arrest was issued for 59-year-old Raja Petra after he had failed to turn up in court for his sedition trial.
He had claimed trial on May 6 last year to publishing a seditious article on April 25 on his web portal.

Fist time, during the first Berjaya win agains BN, (ie before Berjaya beg on their knees to join BN) there were bombings in KK. There was one suspected bomber (suspect only) and the cops were giving him a flying kick near Likas, Kota Kinabalu.

Second time I saw a detainee brought to the Penampang Police station. Before even entering the Police station, the arresting officer who was half drunk started kicking the detainee in front of the other officers who just look on and laughed.
This detainee happened to have a quarrel with the lowly ranked police after a drinking session in the nearby town. SHAME ON HIM…

The final picture here is perhaps the most disheartening. It is the three urns in which her bones sit while the trial drones on.

But the newspaper does not publish the said photograph. my sedition trial, Superintendent Gan Tack Guan just refuses to reply to YB Gobind Singh Deo’s questions as to how and why Altantuya Shaaribuu was killed and whether someone had paid Azilah and Sirul to kill her. Gan also refuses to confirm whether C4 was used to blow up her body after she was killed. Gan, in fact, says it was not C4 and he does not know what type of explosive was used. Today, Malaysia Today will reveal the truth that Gan refuses to reveal in my trial.video posted on the website, Malaysia Today, allegedly showing police brutality during an interrogation.
